All the documents I facilitate and the history, are retained within the platform – I’ve never lost anything, and its no problem to have serious thinking/doing time disrupted…….its easy to revert. The system is fast – it’s never been off-line and now I have gained user experience, I’m confident the V2 version will not limit my improving speed in working around the platform. Quite simply, any professional adviser- accountant, financial planner or lawyer who wants to be relevant as these disciplines converge, just has to subscribe to LYD and learn to be a “strategist” to meet the demands of regulators and the new bread of emerging clients.
